A one-to-one mentorship session is not about me giving you all the answers — it's about helping you reconnect with the wisdom already within you. These sessions are a unique blend of my own lived healing journey, my years spent walking alongside others through transformation, and the spiritual gifts I now bring into my practice as a medium and intuitive guide.
Like a lighthouse, my role is not to choose your direction, but to help illuminate the path as you find your way back home to yourself. Together, we create a space where my intuition can help guide the way as you reconnect with your own. The goal is never dependency, it's empowerment.

Distance Holy Fire Reiki Sessions
A space to reconnect, restore, and come back home to yourself. Reiki is a Japanese energy practice based on the belief in universal life force energy. Within the Reiki tradition, this energy supports relaxation, balance, self-reflection, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Holy Fire Reiki is a form of Reiki that places a strong focus on inner healing, personal empowerment, and connection to a higher source of wisdom. Practitioners of Holy Fire Reiki believe the energy works intuitively, supporting each person’s unique journey while creating space for reflection, growth, and reconnection.
My sessions combine my Level I & II Holy Fire Reiki certification with my intuitive gifts as a medium, my own lived healing journey, and years spent professionally supporting others through transformation. Together, we create a safe and supportive space that honours the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
Distance Reiki is based on the understanding within Reiki practice that energy is not limited by physical location. This allows you to experience a session from the comfort of your own space while creating an intentional space for connection, reflection, and restoration. 45 Min Session - $75 USD
Energy clearing & aura restoration session
A gentle energetic reset to release, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Throughout life, we can move through experiences, emotions, environments, and relationships that may leave us feeling heavy, disconnected, or out of alignment. Within many energy healing traditions, the aura is understood as the energetic field surrounding us — a reflection of our emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing.
This 30-minute distance session begins with Reiki to create a calm and supportive space, followed by intuitive energy work focused on clearing, balancing, and restoring your energetic field.
Using my Reiki training, intuitive gifts as a medium, and my own connection with energy work, I support the process of releasing what no longer feels aligned while creating space for clarity, balance, and reconnection.
This offering was created with accessibility in mind and is available as a pay-what-you-can session. I believe everyone deserves access to moments of stillness, support, and connection, regardless of where they are on their journey.
Like all of my work, the intention is not to give your power away — it is to help you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and light that already exists within you.
Honouring the Whole Journey
Healing and growth can take many different paths, and I believe there is value in having
access to the right support for each part of your journey. My work is rooted in spiritual connection,
self-discovery, empowerment, and personal growth.
While my background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and years of experience
supporting others professionally, I am no longer practicing as a Registered Nurse and
the services offered here are not nursing, psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.
The work we do together is spiritual and educational in nature. It is intended to support
reflection, reconnection, and personal transformation, and is not a replacement for medical care,
mental health care, crisis support, or services provided by a regulated healthcare professional.
My hope is that every person feels empowered to seek the combination of supports,
resources, and practices that best honour their own path, growth, and wellbeing.
