Throughout life, we can move through experiences that leave us feeling heavy, disconnected, or out of alignment.
This 30-minute distance session begins with Reiki to create a calm and supportive space, followed by intuitive energy work focused on clearing, balancing, and restoring your energetic field.
Drawing on my Reiki training, intuitive gifts as a medium, and connection with energy work, I support the process of releasing what no longer feels aligned while creating space for clarity, balance, and reconnection.

One-to-One Mentorship Session
A one-to-one mentorship session is not about me giving you all the answers, it's about helping you reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
Each session brings a unique blend of my own lived healing journey, my years spent supporting others, and the spiritual gifts I now bring into my practice as a medium and intuitive guide.
These sessions are a space to bring whatever you are navigating in your life at the time. This might include challenges, relationships, transitions, healing, patterns you are trying to understand, or simply a time when you feel stuck and aren't sure what comes next.
Together, we create a space where my intuition can help guide the way as you reconnect with your own. Here, you begin to remember, reclaim, and trust the power that has been within you all along.
The goal is never dependency, it's empowerment.
Whether you're called to a single session for clarity and guidance, or a longer mentorship journey of deeper exploration and growth, our work together meets you exactly where you are.

Distance Holy Fire Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice based on the belief in universal life force energy. Within the Reiki tradition, this energy supports relaxation, balance, self-reflection, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Holy Fire Reiki is a form of Reiki that places a strong focus on inner healing, personal empowerment, and connection to a higher source of wisdom. Practitioners of Holy Fire Reiki believe the energy works intuitively, supporting each person’s unique journey while creating space for reflection, growth, and reconnection.
My sessions combine my Level I & II Holy Fire Reiki certification with my intuitive gifts as a medium, my own lived healing journey, and years spent professionally supporting others through transformation. Together, we create a safe and supportive space that honours the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
Distance Reiki is based on the understanding within Reiki practice that energy is not limited by physical location. This allows you to experience a session from the comfort of your own space while creating an intentional space for connection, reflection, and restoration.

The Long Way Back - 90-Day Mentorship Package
Some journeys can't be transformed in a single conversation. They unfold over time through reflection, integration, and the courage to begin trusting yourself again.
The Long Way Back is an intimate three-month mentorship experience designed for those who are ready to build a strong foundation for lasting personal and spiritual growth.
Many people begin searching for answers before they've had the opportunity to build a foundation within themselves. Together, we'll slow down, explore what is unfolding in your life, strengthen your connection to your own inner wisdom, and create a foundation that supports you long after our time together has ended.
This experience isn't about creating dependence. It's about helping you reconnect with the wisdom that has always existed within you, so that each step of the journey leaves you trusting yourself a little more than before. My role is to guide, educate, encourage, and support you while always honoring your sovereignty, your intuition, and your unique path.
Honouring the Whole Journey
Healing and growth can take many different paths, and I believe there is value in having
access to the right support for each part of your journey. My work is rooted in spiritual connection,
self-discovery, empowerment, and personal growth.
While my background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and years of experience
supporting others professionally, I am no longer practicing as a Registered Nurse and
the services offered here are not nursing, psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.
The work we do together is spiritual and educational in nature. It is intended to support
reflection, reconnection, and personal transformation, and is not a replacement for medical care,
mental health care, crisis support, or services provided by a regulated healthcare professional.
My hope is that every person feels empowered to seek the combination of supports,
resources, and practices that best honour their own path, growth, and wellbeing.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and no-show appointments are non-refundable.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies happen.
If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible.
I will always do my best to be fair and understanding while also respecting the time reserved for each client.
If I need to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Mentorship Packages
Mentorship packages are non-refundable once purchased. Your purchase reserves one of a
limited number of mentorship spaces, and preparation for our work begins right away.
